How long do research projects typically take?

During discussion about your requirements we will help to define the project research objectives and goals. We will then go away and pool our best resources and come up with a solution to your research request. We will give you our best estimation of how long it will take to complete the job but typically clients retain us for a couple days at a reduced rate which allows us to do pre-work and revert to you with a better informed budget. We believe this helps us manage your expectations with greater integrity and allows for contingencies in the research process which can be more of an art than exact science!

How much do your research projects cost?

This varies greatly depending on the nature of the research request and objectives. We are happy to serve the needs of large corporate clients who may require an annual monitoring study or a small company who has more immediate, modest requirements. Small businesses, like large corporations, must compete in the marketplace. It's just as important for decision makers in small businesses to know what lies ahead as for CEOs at Fortune 500 companies. In view of the interpersonal nature of much of our research work, we will inform you immediately of any potential bottlenecks in the research process and treat your budget with respect!
