What we do
Eclipse is a qualitative market research company with a strong commercial focus. We deliver our research findings in plain English and our recommendations are practical steps which allow our client's to operate more successfully. We use a variety of market research methodologies and chose the most relevant to yield the best results to your business questions.
We focus on opinion research. Typically, this may include, telephone interviews, e.g. with experts, academics and other stakeholders, face-to-face interviews, e.g. at trade fairs, research institutes, hospitals and focus groups. By customising the research and interviewing a wide-range of stakeholders, we can provide fresh insight. We recognise that sometimes your requirements may vary. Whilst you may require a year long monitoring study, on other occasions your needs may be simpler. Whether you need a company profile urgently for due diligence, a list of sales leads or a quick literature review, we will be able to help you.

Our work encompasses many sectors from life sciences, food technology and agriculture to regulatory publishing. We conduct the majority of our work in the UK, Germany, Austria and Switzerland (and to a lesser extent, the USA). Our associate network has a number of multi-lingual researchers who are used to conduct the research in their naitive language.
